Coach DeAugustino is the father of three children Stephen, Jaclyn and Michael. He resides in Palm Coast with his wife Renee. He is the former Head Coach of FPC for over 25 years. He now resides as the Athletic Director for the Bulldogs. DeAugustino was a standout wrestler in high school in Pennsylvania. He wrestled in college for the University of Maryland and is on the Terps All-Time Letter Winners list. DeAugustino began his Coaching career at FPC in 1981. At FPC he won over 300 dual meets in his career. He won over 12 conference titles, over 18 district titles, and the regional tournament title over 8 times. DeAugustino coached FPC to 11 top ten finishes and 5 state titles (State Champions three times and State Runner-ups twice). He coached 60 all-state wrestlers in his career. He was the conference coach of the year over 12 times. DeAugustino was a finalist for National Coach of the year and was named the Southeast Coach of the year. He was the Florida Coach of the Year three times. In 2004, he was inducted into the National Coaches Hall of Fame. Coach DeAugustino has been instrumental in the development and growth of wrestling in the state of Florida and how competitve it has become today.
Coach Insalaco is the father of two boys Evyn and Trace. The 2013-2014 season was his first year at FPC where he works in the ESE department and resides at Flagler Beach. He has Coached for over 20 years. He was a 4 year starter and 3 year State Qualifier, finshing with a 32-4 record and a top 6 finish at 189 lb. in the State Tournament, as a Senior for Effingham County High School in Springfield, Georgia in 1992. He began his coaching career in 1993 where he assisted with his Alma Matter. While there he started the first ever USA Wrestling Club "Coastal Georgia", which produced several State and National level placers over 12 years. In 2007 he started the South Effingham Wrestling Academy and the first ever South Effingham Middle School team. He also assisited at South Effingham High School. While at South Effingham he was part of two top 4 finishes and several State placers. He went back to his Alma Matter for 1 year in 2011 where he started the Effingham County Middle school team that finished 5th in State Duals and assisted with Effingham County High School that produced several state placers. While at FPC in 2013 he was part of a Conference and District Championship. He was also part of the 2014 Disney Dual All-American team.
Coach Bartolotta became the Head Coach at Flagler Palm Coast in the 2012-2013 school year. He teaches US History for FPC and resides in Palm Coast. He wrestled for National Hall of Fame Coach Steve DeAugustino where he compiled a 99-20 record. He was a State Runner-Up as a senior and helped lead FPC to a State Championship in 1993. In college he attended The University of the Cumberlands. At UC he was a 4 year starter and 2-time NAIA National qualifier, winning well over 100 matches. He graduated with a History and Political Science degree and has since earned his masters in education. He started his coaching career at Glynn Academy in Brunswick, Georgia. He led the Terrors to several Region and Area championships. He also coached numerous state placers for the Terrors. Coach Bartolotta has a 233-59 dual meet record over his 15 years of coaching. Since taking the helm at FPC he is 30-0 in dual meets. In his first two seasons at FPC, he has led the Bulldogs to 10 tournament championships, a Conference title (2013-2014) and District title (2013-2014). He was Named the 2013-2014 News-Journal Coach of the Year. He was also the Head Coach of the 2014 Disney Duals All-American team.
Coach Bartolotta is married to his wife Kimberly and resides in Ormond Beach. The 2013-2014 season was his first at FPC. He is the Head Junior Varsity wrestling coach and is a Linebacker Coach for the Bulldog football team. He teaches at Buddy Taylor Middle School in Palm Coast. He wrestled and played football for FPC where he graduated in 1993. He wrestled for three years at the University of the Cumberlands. He was a two year starter at 184 and 197. He graduated with a degree in Health Movement and Leisure Services. He began his coaching career at Taylor Middle High School in 2009-2010. He coached both wrestling and football as an assistant until he left to come back to his Alma Matter. He was part of the 2013-2014 Conference and District Champion Bulldog wrestling team.
Coach Gillin started coaching at FPC in the 2011-2012 school year. He teaches fifth grade at Imagine School at Town Center in Palm Coast. He wrestled for National Hall of Fame Coach Steve DeAugustino and was part of the 2007 FPC wrestling team that finished fourth in state. He attended the University of Central Florida. He was a four time National qualifier and three time South East Regional finalist at UCF. In 2010 he became an All-American by placing 8th at the NCWA National tournament and helped UCF to become the 2010 NCWA National Champions. In 2011 he became an All-American for the second time finishing 5th at the NCWA National tournament. He was also named to the 2011 NWCA-NCWA All-Academic Team. He is currently 6th on the All-Time NCWA wins list with 123. He started his coaching career in 2011 where he led the Flagler Bad Boys Wrestling Club to a state runner-up finish. While at FPC he was part of a Conference and District Championship. He also has been part of coaching two Disney Dual All-American teams Island Style in 2013 and Flagler in 2014.
